We also recognize that investing in a private school education is a significant financial commitment. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our Kindergarten Financial Aid Program for the 2027–2028 academic year, designed to make an LAE education more accessible to families from a wide range of financial backgrounds.
Our financial aid program provides need-based tuition assistance, taking into consideration each family’s unique financial circumstances and ability to contribute toward their child’s education.
We Encourage You to Apply
If you believe an LAE education may be financially out of reach, we encourage you to apply. There is no single financial profile that defines eligibility, and each application is evaluated individually.
Important: Financial Aid Is Available for Kindergarten Only
For the 2027–2028 school year, financial aid is available exclusively to students entering Kindergarten. Awards apply only to the Kindergarten year and do not extend to first grade or subsequent grades.
How Financial Aid Works
A Simple, Fair, and Confidential Process
Learn And Explore Academy partners with FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment, a trusted third-party financial assessment provider, to help us evaluate financial aid applications objectively, fairly, and confidentially.
FACTS Reviews Your Financial Information
FACTS reviews the financial information provided by families—including income, assets, expenses, and other relevant circumstances—to help determine a family’s ability to contribute toward tuition.
LAE Academy Determines Your Award
Using the FACTS assessment as a guide, LAE Academy carefully reviews each application and determines the amount of financial assistance that may be offered.

Financial aid awards are based on two primary considerations
Demonstrated Financial Need
Each family’s financial circumstances and estimated ability to contribute toward tuition.
Availability of Funds
The amount of financial aid funding available for the academic year.
Our goal is to work with families to make an outstanding education attainable while preserving the high academic standards and enriching educational experiences that define LAE Academy.
How to Apply
Applying for Financial Aid in Four Steps
Applying for financial aid is a separate process from applying for admission to LAE Academy. Families must complete both applications to be considered for financial assistance.
Step 1
Apply for Kindergarten Admission
Begin by submitting an application for Kindergarten admission to Learn And Explore Academy for the 2027–2028 academic year.
Step 2
Complete the FACTS Financial Aid Application
Once you have submitted your Kindergarten admissions application, you may begin the financial aid application process through FACTS.
- Visit the LAE Academy FACTS Financial Aid application portal.
- Create a FACTS account or sign in to an existing account.
- Select Learn And Explore Academy as the school to receive your financial aid application, if prompted.
- Complete the application with accurate information about your household’s finances, income, assets, and expenses.
- Submit the required supporting financial documentation, which may include federal tax returns, W-2 forms, and other relevant financial records.
- Review and submit your completed application.
Application Fee
FACTS charges a non-refundable $45 processing fee for submitting a financial aid application. This fee is paid directly to FACTS and is separate from LAE Academy’s tuition and admissions fees.
Step 3
Financial Aid Assessment and Review
Once your application and supporting documents have been submitted, FACTS will review your financial information and prepare an assessment of your family’s financial circumstances.
LAE Academy will use this assessment, along with any relevant individual circumstances, to determine the amount of tuition assistance that may be offered.
Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee an award.
Step 4
Receive Your Financial Aid Decision
After the review process is complete, LAE Academy will notify your family of its financial aid decision, including the amount of assistance awarded, if applicable.
If financial aid is awarded, the amount will be applied toward your child’s Kindergarten tuition for the 2027–2028 academic year.

Who is eligible to apply for financial aid?
For the 2027–2028 academic year, financial aid is available exclusively to new students applying for Kindergarten admission at Learn And Explore Academy.
Financial aid is not available for students entering grades 1–8 or for students currently enrolled in LAE Academy.
Does financial aid continue after Kindergarten?
At this time, financial aid is available exclusively for the first year of Kindergarten (2027–2028). While we hope to expand our Financial Aid Program to additional grade levels in the future, no decisions have been made regarding future availability.
Families should plan accordingly, as financial aid beyond Kindergarten is not currently guaranteed.
Is there a specific income level required to qualify?
We do not use a single income threshold to determine eligibility. Every family’s financial situation is different, and several factors may influence the amount a family can reasonably contribute toward tuition.
FACTS considers a range of financial information, and LAE Academy reviews each application individually. We encourage families who feel that tuition may present a financial challenge to apply.
How much financial aid can my family receive?
Financial aid awards vary depending on each family’s demonstrated financial need and the availability of funding.
There is no predetermined award amount for every applicant. Each application is evaluated independently, and not all applicants will necessarily receive financial assistance.
What financial information will I need to provide?
FACTS may request documentation such as federal income tax returns, W-2 forms, information about assets and liabilities, and other supporting financial records.
Specific documentation requirements will be provided through the FACTS application portal.
What if my family’s financial circumstances have recently changed?
We understand that financial circumstances can change unexpectedly due to employment changes, family situations, or other significant events.
Families are encouraged to provide relevant information about unusual or changing financial circumstances as part of their application so that these factors can be considered during the review process.
Is my financial information kept confidential?
Yes. Financial aid applications are processed through FACTS, which provides a secure platform for submitting and managing sensitive financial information.
Information is used for the purpose of assessing financial need and making financial aid determinations, with access limited to authorized personnel involved in the process.
Does applying for financial aid guarantee an award?
No. Financial aid awards are based on demonstrated need and the availability of funds. Although we strive to assist as many eligible families as possible, financial assistance is not guaranteed.
Do I need to apply for admission before applying for financial aid?
Yes. Families must submit a Kindergarten admissions application to LAE Academy to be considered for financial aid.
The admissions and financial aid processes are separate, and both applications must be completed before a final financial aid determination can be made.
